According to some, today is Pecan Pie Day. What food would you like today to celebrate?
Today the food I would like to celebrate is...STRAWBERRIES! I really love strawberries...especially chocolate-covered strawberries! Yum! Every spring, when Costco gets their large strawberries in, I buy some, and my girls and I make chocolate-covered strawberries. They are so wonderful!

I just saw a lady on Food TV stuff a New York cheesecake (graham cracker crust and all) into a huge strawberry then dip it in chocolate. I had to wipe the drool off the floor...yummy!! Great choice.
ReplyDeleteMy friend sends them to my cabin on every cruise we take. I love them too but only if they are chocolate covered.
